I’m 5′9 and weigh about 128 pounds. Just turned 17 and my last year of high school, n still cant grow a proper beard. I just grow little patches. So does that mean i will grow even taller and bigger when i actually grow a full beard??? I wanna be 6′1 or 6′2…and how old will i be when i hit that stage??

You will probably grow 1-3 inches, hey, maybe even 4 to get to your desired 6′1. You are probably in Tanner’s stage 4 out of 5 of puberty since you cannot grow a full beard. Also, you seem thin so you may not have developed full muscle mass yet. When you hit the stage where you can grow a full beard depends. If you’ve just started to grow “little patches”, then it may be a year or even three. Also, on average stage 5, the stage of full development, starts at 17 or 18. Once you have a full beard you may grow 1 more inch. Your growth depends on health, genetics, and how much more of puberty you have to go through. You can visit the site below to possibly see how much more you have to grow. By my opinion, you could get to 6′0, which is a great height, 5′11 is even a good height.
Sometimes It is a sign you are not completely done growing but not always, though that doesn’t mean once you get your beard that you will be done either. It should grow in fully by 21 . When I was 17 my beard wasn’t grown in but I was already finished growing, so it really all depends.
It’s frequently true, but not always true. One of my friends didn’t quit growing until he was 25. He went from being the shortest freshman in my class (4′11″) to the tallest man at the reunion (6′9″).
Mostly you can gauge it by looking at your family history – your uncles on both sides, cousins, etc. who are older than you.
But my guess is you’ll grow at least an inch or two.
There isn’t really any correlation. I am way done growing and I still don’t have a full beard, in my case it’s genetics, neither side of my family is very hairy.
I’m sorry to break it to you, but i doubt youre going to grow a full on mountaineers beard and tack on an extra 5 inches to your height. Its ok some people are just meant to be babyfaced.
I couldnt grow a beard in high school, i think i was around 18 or 19 when it started getting thicker.
Sometimes guys cant grow a full beard. my bf is the same way it doesn’t have to do with height just genetics i guess
its genetics. how tall is your family? and i doubt you will get over 6 feet. you are probably done growin
people wont stop growing till their 20s’
