If the guide is not securely locked to the adjusting tab on the trimmer head, the guide will not adjust properly. 1st use I thought I was trimming at 6, but I actually was on 1. 1st stroke cut a great gouge in a longer beard requiring me to cut to stubble ! I didn't need that close a trim with winter here in MI ! Ruined my beard on the 1st stroke !

Trimmer head falls off in your hand (if you're lucky) when you try to clean all that hair out of the trimmer. Not the same experience as the other review !

This is getting returned for an MB200. I had an MB300, but the battery would no longer hold a charge. I have to admit that I got 4 yrs use out of that one.

I am pleased with my purchase of the Remington MB-350 Flexing Beard & Mustache Groomer.
My only negative is that the shaving head is difficult to remove for cleaning.
