Is it me or do all the reviews for this product sound phony? They don’t sound genuine… almost as if someone who works for Panasonic wrote them.

It was a gold box item. I ordered it. No discount applied.
I quikly tried to cancel it… but I could not because it was already processed. It took less than 30 seconds.
If I return it, they will charge me 15% restocking fee.

Okay, sad though this is, I just got the package. Opened it in great excitement, since my previous trimmer died a week ago and I’ve missed it.
Oh how disappointed I was to try it. Bluntly, it sucks. Waste of my $15 or whatever it cost. I’d return it if it was (1) returnable and (2) worth the hassle.
