somewhat awkward design…..took a while to figure out which was cutting surface
cutting length dial must be carefully used……easy to slip back to minimum length which could cause a disaster.

I ended up with screwing my head badly and had to go to hairdresser.
The comb is too soft and you will cut uneven, plus cutting performance is very poor. Returned it.

this product is not worth purchasing for beard trimming. it does not cut evenly. The plastic clips bend causing an uneven trim. This product is costs too much when you can buy something equivalent for a lesser price.

Having cut my husband’s hair with scissors for many years, we finally decided to change to clippers and go with a shorter style. I had a corded Norelco that I loved and did a good job but I wanted a cord-free one. I shopped and found this Panasonic ER224 and liked the idea that it was cordless and could be washed off with water. What a disappointment! I have tried to use it for 3 haircuts now, and have come away frustrated every time. The hair gets stuck in the guard after just a couple of passes and I have to stop and clean it out. It takes many passes to get all the hair the same length which means the haircut time is much longer. I cannot see a child sitting through this process. I will be replacing this product as soon as possible. Thumbs down and not recommended.
