I just bought it and used it once. It stopped working. I called Norleco and they said they would send out another one. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received the replacement

The switch on my trimmer was defective and literally worked only two times despite the installation of new batteries. The plastic packaging had to be destroyed to remove the trimmer making any return inconvenient. If I was simply unlucky and received the only one of thousands that was improperly constructed, this review should be ignored. If not, be warned. Many of us don’t have time to fool with manufacturing defects that should have been caught on inspection before products are packaged.

Worked well initially then about 2 months after purchase nothing seemed to happen. Removed the orange plastic trim around the cutter and found the small white plastic piece connected to the cutter bar was broken. Went back to the old Panasonic rotary cutter, which is old but still works, and trimmed well.

I used this once and it worked great. Two weeks later it was dead. Changed batteries; nothing. Complete piece of junk.
