The first one had my hair cought in the trimmer bldes and was not sharp enough. So then I called conair customer service, they promised to send me a new trimming blades which I never received. Then thereafter I asked the amazon people abt the problem. They did sent me a new trimmer but same bad performance. Too bad after spending almost $50.00 still not satisfied. They work great for about 2 months and then the battery starts to fade to the point where it won't even recharge. Yes, they got me twice. I bought the second one because the first one worked great when it was working so I thought it was a fluke. I was certainly wrong about that. What a waste of money!! I've since seen other reviews where people had the same problems. One person even got taken twice like I did. The bottom line is I'm through with Conair for good.
