I named this review the way I did because I’ve purchased two of these now and they both had the same problems. They work great for about 2 months and then the battery starts to fade to the point where it won’t even recharge. Yes, they got me twice. I bought the second one because the first one worked great when it was working so I thought it was a fluke. I was certainly wrong about that. What a waste of money!! I’ve since seen other reviews where people had the same problems. One person even got taken twice like I did. The bottom line is I’m through with Conair for good.

It doesn’t do the job it is supposed to do. The first one had my hair cought in the trimmer bldes and was not sharp enough. So then I called conair customer service, they promised to send me a new trimming blades which I never received. Then thereafter I asked the amazon people abt the problem. They did sent me a new trimmer but same bad performance. Too bad after spending almost $50.00 still not satisfied. I feel conair sliding down the scale.
