If there were a rating less than one star, this item would have it. I sent it back months ago, still no response or refund. Amazon has truly lowered it standards allowing scams like this on its marketplace. It’s a piece of junk. I’ve tried to leave several reviews, all with the lowest rating, but somehow the seller manages to dsipoae of them. Don’t waste your money.

Only a so so product, tiresome to use.
Take long time to trim short the hair .
Inner shaft is tight, so twisting motion is not smooth or easy..(translate to sore finger ).
Almost return this item.
